Hello,

I don't know if you are they type of rescue to pick up stray dogs, but I am really concerned about a group of dogs that are always at the intersection of Huffsmith-Kohrville and Boudreax Rd. I see them almost every day crossing that busy intersection to get to the Valero station. I think they find food there. I am so afraid that they are going to get hit by a car as they wander in and out of traffic to cross the street. There are at least 3 dogs; two larger dogs (one black and one light-colored) and a smaller light-colored dog.

This morning I noticed the smaller dog was injured because it limped across the street in front of my car. I think it may have been hit by a car. I'm wondering if you can look in on these dogs or direct me to an organization that will.

Thank you,

Valerie Clark

Found the owner , no thanks to Banfield who issued the rabies tag. I'd called  several times as did the owner : we were both told either  1) no answer, message left or 2) no one called.   Luckily someone saw it on social media.

I found him at the mailboxes in my subdivision. He's got  a rabies tag so I called the vet and a message was left with the owner. It's been four days and my sense is that he was left.

I have 4 rescues and can not keep him. Can I put him up for adoption with you? If not, can you tell me where I might bring him? No kill shelters please.

He's fairly young and very sweet and deserves a good home.

Please advise.

Australian Shepard Mix female, "Elsa" very scared. Lost Friday 10/11/19 in Williams Trace off 1488. Was keeping for sister- in- law, when she got scared and ran off towards back of new build subdivision. Had pink collar with tags.  I imagine her ears will be down and she will be thin, and smaller than first thought appearance.

Last night we found a stray kitten while having a fire in our backyard. It's lower eyelid is injured and its claws are all a little frayed like he was desperately scratching at or trying to climb out of something.  He also has some bumps on his skin, but we can't see them through the fur, so we aren't sure what they are.  We don't know much about cats, but from our google image search, we think he is a boy.  He also appears to have all of his teeth, which according to google we think that means he is about 6 months old.  But we don't know for sure.  We also tried weighing him on our scale, but he is too light that the scale doesn't register his weight.

But he is so friendly and cuddly and came up to us immediately! This cannot be his first experience with people. He only wants to roll around and snuggle in our laps.  Whenever we put him down, he immediately climbs back up onto us.  As soon as we opened a can of food he scarfed it down so quickly, so he was definitely hungry and I don't know how long he was out on his own.  We kept him in a dog kennel in our spare bedroom last night, and we currently have him roaming in our spare bathroom, but unfortunately our 2 dogs don't do well with cats so we cannot keep him.

We would love for him to come to your rescue and go into foster care rather than going to a shelter, especially with his injured eye.  We rescued one of our dogs from a foster rescue organization and we know you all do amazing work with these loving animals.  Please help if you can.  Pictures of him are attached.

Hello friend, I'm hoping that you can help me. I just rescued a shepard today. I already have 3 big dogs, so with this big fella, my hands are quite full since I'm single and live alone. I noticed him around here for about a week now. He is not neutered so I know he was probably chasing girls. He seems to be in decent health, though his nails are warn down pretty good. He is well mannered, loves petting. And very affectionate. I worry about him because I work 12 hour shifts and a big puppy like him would get sore in a kennel like I got him in. I really want him to be in good hands. I've already started a search for his family, but it's only the first day I've got him. Over here where I live, there's quite a bit of traffic and I just didn't want him to get hurt or killed by a car. My heart really goes out to him. 2 of my own dogs are rescues and I gave them a forever home. I have 3 big dogs total. The youngest is a shepard mix with Napoleon syndrome (smaller but with a tough guy complex) another reason I worry about this guy I just rescued. Would you be able to help this precious fella? He deserves to find his home/forever home. I have been going thru the various lost and found pages all day yesterday after I found him in the morning and have been unable to locate his owners. I also checked with my local rescue in the heights. They are unable to take him but referred me to you. They checked for a chip and he didn't have one. I was hoping you'll could help me by taking him in and I'd be more than grateful and willing to help you out in some way in return.

He was found near Cavalcade and Irvington and was resting in my front yard.  He's a good boy but I really can't take him in right now.  Would you be able to help me?

Thanks

Hello,

Driving home tonight (Friday) at 9pm and came across 3 young dogs trotting down the bottom end of Goodson Loop in Pinehurst. I've picked them up and have them in my laundry

room. 2 males and 1 female aprox 6 months old. Very skinny & crawling with fleas.

Can I bring them to you guys when you open - I can not keep them (I have 3 rescues of my own). I have posted on the Nextdoor ap but I'm assuming they've been dumped.
