Type: adult and neutered female, small, black and white, yellow eyes, was NOT WEARING her orange collar when she went missing.

Last seen: 11:00 p.m. Monday the 24th at 9 Heritage Lane off of 1488.

Characteristics: Frannie sucks on the end of her own tail to fall asleep.
