My husband and I live at Leisure Lane RV resort/park in Pinehurst TX off of 1774.

 

We have what appears to be a dog that has been dumped in our neighborhood running around the campground.  He looks like a white Shepherd mix.  He has been around for about two weeks and several of us are trying to keep him fed and making sure he has water, but we have two Dobermans already.  I thought maybe somebody had taken him in because I hadn't seen him for a few days, but today we got an email that the management was calling animal control and it breaks my heart to think about it, because he might not have any chance there and he's beautiful and sweet, and needs a safe place to land.

 

If we'd be in a house I think several people around here would take him in, but as I said, my husband and I have the two Dobermans and that probably would not go well at all.  They don't like other dogs.

 

Can you help?  Apparently, animal control isn't in on Mondays so I'm assuming they'll try to get them to come out Tuesday, the management is looking at him as a nuisance and wants to get rid of him.
