Found dog this morning.  No Chip.  Collar, no tag.

Cannot allow her inside, as daughter is highly allergic.  Terrified for the dogs safety with the freeze coming this weekend.  PLEASE HELP!!

All local shelters are full and no one can take her in.  ☹
