My name is Melissa, and I am reaching out in need of assistance.
I was on my way to work this morning, and stopped to rescue 2 dogs in the street that were literally bringing rush hour traffic to a stand still in the middle of Spring Cypress road.

One lady stopped to assist me, and she offered to take them to the vet to see if they were microchipped. They are not.
We have posted the dogs on social media, but nobody has come forward. Thinking they may have been dumped.
I have contacted several rescue organizations, and have not heard back, or we are being told they are full.

The male is a full breed Rottweiler, fairly young, and I am very afraid that he may fall into the wrong hands. The female is very sweet, and they are definitely bonded.

The lady who assisted me still has them, but said she can't keep them past today, as she has an American Bulldog at home who is aggressive.
She is starting to panic, and I don't want her to let them go back on the streets.

Can you please post these pics or lost and found?
Or are you able to take these 2 dogs so they have shelter until they can be adopted??

We are missing our cat, Mufie. Gray tabby adult male with white feet and a little white on his chest. Very sweet and shy, doesn’t meow much. He’s 8 yr old and about 12 lbs. he is not chipped, but was wearing a blue collar with a name tag that has his name and our number in it. Hello,

I found a dog last night, January 14th around 8:15 pm near the West Brook apartments in Jersey Village. She looked well fed, teeth clean, sweet and playful, but she is very dirty, smells, and her ears and elbow are a bit raw. Looks to have lab mixed in. I have a pit and maltipoo and has gotten along with them fine(Pics below). How can I go about turning her in?

Levi was lost off Warren ranch road in Hockley, TX on Saturday evening (1/9/2021)  

 

He is an intact male, red Merle border collie,  approximately 50 pounds. He's on the larger side for a border collie and often gets confused with an Australian Sheppard. 

 

He did have a very loose collar on when he ran away.

All white dog looks like he still a puppy. Can't really tell what kind of dog he is but looks like a mix of pit bull and something else. Someone threw him out in front of my house in my neighborhood and has been in my front yard for a couple hours I took him in because of the cold weather and the rain.

He's very sweet and even tempered. I cannot tell if he's okay around other animals because he looks to have mange on his back legs and face. I will attach pictures of him to this email. 

I'm willing to drive him anywhere around Houston to be cared for, I just don't wanna drop him off at a kill-shelter.

Yesterday my friends and I spotted two dogs at the tomball mini storage near walgreens on the 249 highway. We stopped and the one seemed slightly injured and they are skinny and were very hungry. They both had collars on but they looked very old and dirty. We think that maybe they were dropped off there and have been hanging around since. We’ve gone back a few times to check on them because it is a very busy road and we are scared for their safety. We saw them try to run across the road but got scared by the cars and turned back around. The all black dog is super sweet and just wants love but the black and white one is more timid and scared. They are both female, we think maybe mother and daughter. I really would like them to be picked up and given a chance at a good life because they are so sweet and adorable.

 We found lost dog under the rain a few weeks ago near 2920 and Bauer rd. We went to our nearest vet to see if she has a chip but no luck and unable to locate her owners since she had no collar.
