I found this dog near Greenspoint Elementary at 3:15PM on Friday, February 16. She's very sweet and is comfortable around children, strangers and other dogs.

I've been unable to locate her owners on my own so far. Call and describe her collar (not pictured) and I will drop it off. Her behavior and her general good health make me feel like she must be a missing pet as opposed to a stray.

My name is Michael; you can reach me at 361-205-3565.

Good Evening!

I work for Splendora ISD and this afternoon around 2:00 some of our students were playing with a stray male dog (not neutered)--the students said that it had wandered up from a nearby trailer park but did not know who the owner might be.  Three of those students live in the trailer park and none recognized the dog.

The pup was running around FM 2090 darting in and out of traffic and I was concerned about his safety.

I loaded him in my vehicle and brought him home with me.

He is very friendly as he slept on my lap for the entire ride home.  We are keeping him away from our elderly, large dogs for fear of a fight.  We split time for him in our garage and outside.  When he is in the garage, our dogs are in the backyard and and we keep our dogs in the house and let him roam in the backyard.

I will make signs to post around the neighborhood in Splendora just in case he may be lost from his family.

We would like to bring him to your facility because of your reputation for respectful, kind treatment as homes are found for animals.

Please let me know the next steps in this process and if you have any additional questions for me.

Thank you for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.

Good morning,

My cat went missing on Feb 1st during the night and I'm worried sick. If you could help, it would be greatly appreciated. He's male and all black with two white spots. One on the middle of his chest/neck and on his lower belly. His 10 years old and unfortunately does not have a Micro Chip on him. Not exactly sure how he left but I need to find him and quickly. He goes by the name of "Coco". He's always been afraid of the outdoors so he may not be great when approached by a person. If you have seen or heard of anything, please feel free to contact me at any given time immediately.

Sincerely,
Michelle Velez

A small female cat was found wondering in my backyard off of Cypresswood,
west of 1-45 and before Ella.   Very sweet, clearly lost.  Took to Petco and
the cat is microchipped.  The company has reached out to the owner on file
several times and they are not responding or have not updated their
information to respond.  I would really like to find the owner.

Cat is about 1 ½ yrs old.  Was told the name is "Gale", female.  From the
zipcode area 77068.  Gray tabby with white paws, chest and stomach.  Litter
trained and very loving/sweet.

Please let me know what you can do to help me find this sweet kitty her
home.

Thanks,

Amy
