Lost Shelter Yorkwood subdivision

Keaton went missing Friday 11/6 ~ 5pm when a pit bull entered our backyard and attacked our two shelties. Keaton fled, our other sheltie stayed to fight. Keaton is not normally a runner so she must have been very scared to take off. She was last seen at 6914 Droswy Pine Dr., Houston, TX 77092-1202. This is in the Yorkwood Subdivision off of Langfield behind Holbrook Elementary (near Tidwell, close to 290). Keaton is a 2 yr old, Bi-Blue, Female Spayed Sheltie. She was not wearing her collar but is microchipped with a HomeAgain microchip. She has blue in both of her eyes, on the outer portions that make he look crossed eyed. She is a pure bred Sheltie (registered) but due to her uniqueness a lot of people ask if she is a Australian Shepherd Mix, a Border Collie Mix or even a "wolf." Keaton is very gentle but skittish. She is a dog's dog and does not go up to people easily. She will most likely get spooked and run. A reward is being offered on her safe return. Any leads on her whereabouts will be followed up immediately. Contact Information: Becky 832-741-9441 (call or text) (email) Roy 832-215-5493

Found maltese the woodlands

Thank you for any help you can provide. Today I found a dog walking the streets in my neighborhood. Her picture is attached. She is probably a 10 lb Maltese. She had a pink collar but no ID. I took her to my vet and she is not microchipped. She was in need of care (long nails, mats) and the vet feels like she has been without a home for some time (not just lost but probably abandoned). She was found on Canyon Wren Drive in the Tupelo Park subdivision of Creekside Park in The Woodlands. She was found on Thursday November 5 at 10am though neighbors have since told me they have seen her wandering around before. I have posted information to woodlandsonline under found pets. I have contacted other no-kill shelters. She is currently staying at the vet since I was unable to bring her home (my dog has a medical condition that will not allow him to be vaccinated and it was not safe to expose him to her just in case). The vet will ask me to get her tomorrow since the weekend is coming. My contact info is 832-534-8641 (home) and 614-425-2623 (cell). I don't have the heart to take her to a shelter that may put her down. I hope someone contacts you to find her! Thank you! Laura Sutterer
